1. Platform Overview
WorkCamp Market ("the Platform") is an online classifieds marketplace operated by WorkCampConnect ("we," "us," "our"). The Platform allows registered users to list, browse, buy, and sell RVs, campers, camping gear, and related items.
2. Platform Role — Listing Service Only
WorkCamp Market is a listing platform only. We are NOT a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not:
- Guarantee the condition, quality, safety, or legality of any listed item
- Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers
- Process payments for item transactions (only for platform fees)
- Offer buyer protection or escrow services
- Verify the accuracy of listing descriptions
All transactions are between buyer and seller. Users transact at their own risk.
3. Account Requirements
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. One account per person.
4. Listing Rules
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and honest condition assessments. Misleading listings, bait-and-switch pricing, and prohibited items will result in listing removal and account strikes.

6. Fees & Wallet Credits
Basic listing is free (2 per day). Optional paid features include Featured Boosts, extra listing passes, and day passes. Wallet credits are non-refundable and never expire. Our refund policy covers platform fees only — never the item transaction amount.
7. Strike System
- 1st offense: Warning + 24 hours to fix the issue
- 2nd offense: Listing removed + 7-day posting suspension
- 3rd offense: Permanent marketplace ban
8. Content & AI
Listings may be scanned by AI for policy compliance. AI-generated listing descriptions are marked as "AI-assisted" and sellers are responsible for verifying accuracy before publishing.
9. Limitation of Liability
WorkCamp Market is provided "as is." We are not liable for any losses resulting from transactions, item defects, fraud, or any other claims arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the platform fees you have paid.
